I am looking forward to this unique retreat with much anticipation!
I am combining my 25-year experience in the deep-dive individual body-mind-therapy terrain with my 15-year experience in facilitating expressive arts therapy groups. We will explore the creative healing space as well as the numenous domain of possibility. In a special vision, this project made itself clear from a place beyond my own imagination. The special date of 23-02-2023 opened up and is a clear sign to me of the land and the Yoniverse supporting this endeavour, blessing it with meaningful coincidences – as I have experienced in person on this land before. It is time to step out of our own individual need for healing and connect to the expanding needs of the bigger consciousness, facilitating growth on a collective level. We are doing this work on behalf of the bigger picture – accessing and benefiting from our own personal transformation as a vehicle for healing the past and the future.
I am looking forward to integrating the mind, the body, the heart and the spirit; the structured process and the unstructured creative flow in the safe contained space of a very special, ancient mountain haven: SimaKade.

I have asked the artist and intuitive life coach Chris Page to hold a sacred space with me to integrate the healthy masculine and feminine, the Light and the Dark.
As there are only 10 spaces available, I encourage you to book and make use of the down-payment opportunity (deposit of R1440 and 3 payments of R1440, total: R5750, all accommodation, food, facilitation and art material included for 4 days and 3 nights in the beautiful retreat space of SimaKade, Magaliesberg, Gauteng, South Africa).
